We require a 50% non-refundable deposit for all rentals. The full payment is due before the date of your event.

BALLOONS: Full payment is due at LEAST 1 week before your event or we cannot secure your event.

We have a 50% non-refundable deposit, but the rest of your payment is refundable. If you decide to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours before so we are able to potentially rent our equipment out for another event.

We allow rescheduling within a year of the initial bounce house booking date.

We service anywhere in Mobile and Baldwin County. If your event is outside of this area, go to our inquire page or email us and we can work with you.

We are willing and able to travel to a variety of locations!

We deliver, set up and take down for all event bookings to ensure our bounce houses are kept up to the best standards. We offer all day rentals.

We offer all-day rentals. Choose a set up time between 8am-12pm. Add your desired pick up time in the "add a message" box at checkout.

If we are early to set up or late to pick up, you will NOT be charged extra.

No, paying the invoice gives your full consent to the terms and conditions stated in the Rental Agreement that will be sent with your invoice at time of booking!

We know that unprecedented bad weather can occur, so you are always able to reschedule your rental for anytime within 365 days of your initial booking.

Moving events indoors if possible is always a great back-up option.

For cancellations, you will be refunded for everything EXCEPT your 50% non-refundable deposit.
